As many in the corporate world are aware, Deloitte’s Women's Initiative (WIN) has been a force for change for quite some time. We're about challenging conventional wisdom, leading innovation and simply making the workplace a better place for all of us to be. So it's only fitting that WIN fire up the first blog to help define the next generation workplace and workforce—out there in the world, as well as here at Deloitte.
