Mark Chapman
  
Mark Chapman is our managing partner responsible for directing and coordinating all audit, accounting, consulting, taxation and insolvency services.  Mark works closely with client management in planning and organizing our services to ensure they are performed in the most efficient and responsive way.

After qualifying with Deloitte in the UK, and having spent 3 years in South Africa and 4 years in our Cayman Islands office, Mark joined the Deloitte BVI firm in 1995.  Accordingly, he brings a wide range of knowledge and expertise in dealing with the offshore financial services and leisure sectors and also in dealing with business issues arising in a small but entrepreneurial and fast growing community.

Ron Potter
  
Ron Potter is the partner responsible for a varied portfolio of audit clients including those in offshore financial services industry (investment companies, fund administrators, trust companies) and the leisure industry (hotels and restaurants, charter yacht companies).

Ron, who hails from the BVI, joined the firm in December 1989 after earning a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of the West Indies (Barbados). He qualified with the ACCA in June 1993 and has participated in a number of the international firm’s human resources initiatives including the Global Development Programme (eighteen months in the London office), Senior Manager Development Programme and Global New Partner Conference.

Ron continues to serve the firm’s clients by providing a varied range of experience and expertise in auditing and assurance matters
