Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory

Our M&A Advisory provides a full-suite of end-to-end M&A services at every stage of the deal lifecycle, from Pre-deal Advisory and Transaction Execution, to Post-deal Value Creation – that unlock, preserve, and add value. We assist clients in a wide range of activities, including cross-border and domestic M&A pursuits, fundraising, divestitures, market entry, joint venture formation, and greenfield investment.

• Our M&A Pre-deal Advisory professionals specialize in advising companies on their M&A/investment strategies and planning, including a full-suite of corporate finance advisory services, investment and fundraising platforms, M&A strategy, divestiture and business separation support, commercial due diligence, business plan development, feasibility analysis, economic impact assessment and target screening.

• Our M&A Transaction Execution professionals assist clients in investigating and evaluating investment/divestiture opportunities from a financial, tax and commercial perspective, providing due diligence and valuation advisory, analyzing acquisitions and financing agreements, and evaluating business plans and financial projections. Ultimately, the team advises on the best, most timely course of action for individual client's M&A decisions.

• Our M&A Post-Deal Value Creation professionals play a critical role in guiding and advising clients on achieving their M&A goals, maximizing the value of transactions, executing smooth post-merger integration, and planning and realizing synergy to deliver shareholder returns. Through our self-developed investment management digitalization asset, our clients can better manage the workflow of their investment activities and assess the performance of their investment from pre-deal to post-deal.

Value Creation & Crisis (VC&C) Advisory

• Regional Economic MDM Advisory supports clients at every stage of the real estate M&A and infrastructure investment cycle, from architectural design to fundraising and investment exit. Our services include regional prosperity and strategic advisory solutions, transit-oriented development solutions, architectural planning and design, project management, whole process engineering consulting and whole process construction advisory.
