Mr. Glen Ho is National Turnaround and Restructuring Leader in the Firm.

Experience

Mr. Ho has provided Financial Advisory Services to various stakeholders (and has advised debtors, shareholders, creditors and investors) on special situations as a trusted business advisor and for over 30 years has provided recommendations and solutions to complex issues in the areas of Crisis management (with M&A and Risk Advisory), Financial Advisory and Insolvency. Mr. Ho also specializes in the provision of Restructuring Services for complex cross jurisdictional restructurings to utilize offshore processes to complement or provide an alternative implementation mechanism (fromposition assessment, restructuring advisor to implementation).

Turnaround/ Performance Improvement - providing senior, hands-on support to executive management and shareholders to deliver successful business turnarounds of under-performing or fast growing businesses, advisory services include Independent Business Review, Liquidity/Working Capital Management, Operational and Corporate Restructuring and Distressed M&A.

Financial Restructuring – supporting management and stakeholders of companies facing financial pressures or distress, providing support in negotiations between debtors and creditors, formulating strategic, commercial and financial experts to deliver robust financing and restructuring advice and sourcing fresh capital to take the companies forward.

Contingency Planning and Insolvency – provision of hands-on strategic and commercial advice, leveraging specialist knowledge of financial enforcement procedures, such as Debt Restructuring, Scheme of Arrangement, Resumption of Trading in the Shares of Companies Listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Liquidation, Floating and Fixed Charge Receivership, Cash Monitoring.

Managed Exit - helping corporate clients develop optimal strategies for dealing with non-core or under performing businesses and supporting themthrough implementation, whether challenged M&A or wind-down.

Mr. Ho is one of the appointment takers of the Firm under the Administrative Panel of Insolvency Practitioners for Court Winding-up (Panel A Scheme). Mr. Ho also acts in estate administrations and was involved in the administration of the estate of a deceased property tycoon in Hong Kong, particularly the business and operations of companies owned by the estate of the deceased.

Mr. Ho also has experience in carrying out Investigations and Forensic engagements. During his time with Deloitte, Mr. Ho has worked on a large number of assignments covering both listed and private companies in a wide range of industries in Hong Kong, China and various overseas jurisdictions.
